Performance & Internals

Built on CYMA’s time-tested AK74u internals, the Tyrion delivers reliable and consistent performance straight out of the box. The Version 3 full metal gearbox is fully compatible with Tokyo Marui–style upgrade parts, making it an excellent platform for future tuning.

With an FPS range of 420–430, this AEG is well suited for outdoor fields and longer engagement distances while remaining controllable in semi-auto. The adjustable hop-up allows for fine-tuning BB trajectory to maximize accuracy and range, even with heavier BB weights.

Build Quality & Materials

The Tyrion’s full stamped steel receiver gives it a solid, authentic feel that AK users expect, while maintaining a manageable weight of just 6.6 lbs. The rifle strikes an excellent balance between realism and usability, making it comfortable for extended gameplay.

The Nitro KeyMod hand guard is a standout feature of the Tyrion, offering a level of customization rarely found on traditional AK platforms. Players can mount lights, lasers, foregrips, and rail sections using KeyMod hardware or aftermarket Picatinny adapters.

A top rail near the gas block allows for forward-mounted optics such as red dots, improving target acquisition speed and situational awareness. Included PTS enhanced rail sections expand mounting options even further right out of the box.

Ergonomics & Handling

Designed for mobility, the Tyrion features a side-folding stock that reduces the rifle’s length from 28 inches to just 18.5 inches when folded, making it ideal for tight indoor spaces, vehicles, and dynamic playstyles.

The stick-type battery is housed under the dust cover, preserving the classic AK profile while maintaining proper weight distribution. The rifle supports standard 9.6v small stick batteries or 7.4v LiPo batteries (not included).
